Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.
SOME items are made to order so please allow 10-14 business days from order date for the item to be shipped. Made-to-order items will be mentioned in the item's description in product page.
Placing an Order
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be able to view your cart prior to checkout. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.
Payment Options
All prices are listed in Standard US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments. We also accept several forms of shop now pay later payments such as shop pay and afterpay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Store credit/exchange will only be issued if a product arrives damaged and it is in the same packaging as delivered. Otherwise, it is exchange or store credit only. All returns must be pre-approved by Sei Bella and received within 7 business days of authorization of the return.

SHIPPING
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification or declined.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After an order is placed, if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.
Tracking Your Order
An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed. A tracking code will be attached to this document and include the items in the order as well as the order number. This document will be provided to you within 24 hours. If you are unable to track your order, please contact sales@seibellamiami.com for further assistance.
