How can I return an item?
Our items are all final sale. We only accept returns within 7 business days for exchange on any items that arrive damaged after reviewing your order - contact us for more info!
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We offer free local pick-up in Miami, Florida - eligible for same-day pick-up! Otherwise, we offer flat-rate First Class US shipping which can take 2-5 immediate days, Priority mail takes 2-3 business days, & Priority Mail express is 1 business day.
How long will it take to pack and send my order?
All orders with First Class shipping are processed within 2-5 business days.
Expedited orders are shipped 1-2 business days.
Please be aware during busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to an extra 48 hours for your item to be shipped. Also note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
